Metal Partial Dentures
Ordinary cobalt chromium steel support
Can repair any defect, with economic benefits, but the metal is low in quality. Clasps and minor connectors are subject to fracture for metal fatigue in frequent use. In order to avoid this occurrence, thicken and enlarge the clasp and minor connectors in the preparation. In repair free absence, the stress should mainly be concentrated near the teeth defect and at the end of free region. The abutment for retention is prone to loose due to the effect of stress, the free end is easy to absorb the stress. Strong overall sense alien object, with obvious discomfort at the first wear, and longer adaptation time.
Vitallium steel support
Made of Vidavlin quality cobalt chromium alloy, able to repair any defect. The quality cobalt chromium alroy decrease the volume of the connector and clasp by 40% compared to ordinary metal. The unique design of free deletion stress termination effectively protects the retention abutment of proximal defect. The alveolar ridge stress is uniform at the free region, and tissue absorption is slow. Repair of duplicate defect makes less alien sense, with slight discomfort at first wear and short time of adaptation.
Pure titanium steel support
Made of pure titanium through casting and able to repair any defect. In the oral cavity, its corrosion resistance is better than that of cobalt chromium alloy and aold alloy. Its light texture and excellent biocompatibility makes it ideal for the production of ful( mouth repair.
Flexable Partials
It has high elastic fracture resistance. The base support is hidden, has beautiful appearance, and easy for operation. It provides less or no teeth grinding. Especially in the anterior and premolar defect, the traditional removable denture affects the appearance due to exposure of metal clasp, while the Adelomorphic denture support can be hidden, be made thin and comfortable. The elastic material can enter the abutment undercut area and the mucosal adaptation retention is good, easy to take off and wear. It can be used for the production of anterior teeth repair, gingival, food blocking preventer, periodontal splint, and transitional denture. For the repair of posterior area, if the use of a simple mucosa support is adopted, normal masticatory pressure will accelerate the alveolar ridge absorption, therefore, it is recommended that posterior tooth support be used, or only transitional repair is used.
