1. High strength of density, greater than 900Mpa of bending strength, 1.5 times higher than the strength of porcelain crown, and 50% higher than the alumina.

IPS e.Max Press provides ceramic blocks with different levels of transparency for the production process. Their bending strength is 400Mpa and they are casting ceramic blocks with the highest strength. They can directly complete inlay, onlay, veneer, anterior crown, posterior crown, and bridge of three units. Note: (Ceramic can support only bridge of three units). The factors that affect the aesthetic effect of all ceramic restoration are as follows:

1. Color after preparation of abutment (normal preparation, post core, abutment and implant) The ceramic blocks have different transparency options and the color of abutments will affect the color of the final all-ceramic repair, so we must know the color of abutments (such as dead pulp discoloration, metal post and implant) and need opaque for color transition.
2. Colorimetry of repair (Inner crown color, veneer porcelain powder and individualization) After cleaning the teeth, use shade guide to find out the color system that the natural teeth belong to in the unprepared teeth and/or adjacent teeth. The independent personalized color should be taken into account. If the patients' teeth have fluorosis spot, dark lines, or no equivalent color in the swatch, first find the dentin color, and then put the shade guide beside the adjacent teeth and take photos for technical reference.
3. The color of bonding material

Please use resin cement or glass ionomer cement for bonding.

Cobalt chromium ceramic denture—Porcelain denture with appropriate price was the favorite at an earlier time in porcelain repair. It is suitable for single and bridge repair.

Gold platinum alloy ceramic—Gold content is 89%, is a kind of material with best biocompatibility in porcelain fused to metal type, with good metal and ceramic bond effect. It is suitable for single crown and bridge repair within 6 units and the upper part of implant.

Palladium silver porcelain—Palladium content is 58.9% and silver content is 29%. Good biocompatibility, stable property, unable to cause gingival discoloration. Suitable for single crown of anterior and posterior denture and repair of upper implant bridge.

With the development of materials and technology, implant repair is already a mature way for repair.
